We want you to feel confident when shopping with SHIVASHI. This Returns/Refund Policy explains when products purchased from our website can be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This policy is issued by SHIVASHI - FZCO, trade license number 70466, registered at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.

This policy does not affect your legal rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In its original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described:

  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items bought on sale, discount, or promotion
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper washing
  • Accessories (if applicable), unless received damaged

3. Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Shivashiwear@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

After review, we may offer one of the following: replacement, repair (where applicable), exchange, refund, or store credit. Where the issue is confirmed to be our fault or a product defect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.


4. Size Exchanges

Size exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in original condition. If the requested size is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.


5. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind, order the wrong size, or no longer want the item, the return may be accepted within 14 days if the product meets the return conditions. In this case, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund unless stated otherwise.


6. Sale and Promotional Items

Sale or promotional items may be returned only if they meet the return conditions, unless they were clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase. This does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described.


7. How to Request a Return

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Item or items to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete

Our team will review the request and provide return instructions. Do not send items back without receiving return approval first.


8. Inspection

Returned items will be inspected once received. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is worn, washed, used, damaged by the customer, missing tags, missing packaging, or does not meet the return conditions. If a return is rejected, the item may be sent back to the customer and delivery fees may apply.


9. Refunds

Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. The time for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

Refunds will usually be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued by bank transfer, store credit, or another method agreed with the customer.

Shipping fees, COD fees, gift wrapping fees, and return courier fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, wrong item, damaged item, or our error.


10. Store Credit

Where applicable, you may choose store credit instead of a refund. Store credit may be issued faster and can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.


11. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment fails, delivery information is incomplete, or the order appears suspicious or fraudulent.
